Personalized formulas
How does Find My Formula work?
You answer questions about how your skin feels and the concerns you want to improve. The system recommends a formula family and ingredient profile using ingredients already used across Healing Angel Organics products.
Do I need to know which ingredients I want?
No. That is the point of the quiz. You tell us about your skin; we do the ingredient matching. At the end, you can review the list and flag anything you want removed.
Can I choose fragrance-free?
Yes. Fragrance-free and essential-oil-free are both options, and very sensitive skin defaults toward a simpler scent-free pathway.
Can I request no tallow?
Yes. The quiz includes a no-tallow option so the recommendation stays within a botanical formula family when possible.
Is the quiz medical advice?
No. It is a cosmetic product-matching tool, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Persistent, severe, or unexplained skin concerns should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.
Ingredients & product care
Are all Healing Angel products certified organic?
No. Healing Angel Organics is not itself certified organic. The brand prioritizes organic ingredients where available and clearly identifies ingredients and certifications that apply to specific products.
Which product is EWG Verified?
The Healing Angel Organics Face & Body Butter is the current EWG Verified product. Other products should not be described as EWG Verified unless they have separately completed that verification.
Do you use synthetic fragrance?
Current scented products use essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance oils. Fragrance-free options are available within the personalized-formula pathway.
How long do products last?
Shelf life varies by formula. Follow the storage and shelf-life guidance on the individual product page and keep products cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight.
Should I patch test?
Yes, especially if your skin is sensitive or you are trying a new essential-oil blend or botanical ingredient.
Shipping & orders
What is your processing time?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and personalized products may need additional time depending on the formula and order volume.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Can I request expedited shipping?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
